Tiles BOQ live render in pilot

See the tile on their own floor — before they lay it.

Pick any tile from your catalogue. Ontron lays it across the customer's own room at full scale — the real pattern, the real grout, the room's own light — then builds the full bill of quantities. The BOQ is live today; the in-room render is in pilot, starting with tile showrooms.

In short
What it does: the customer sees the exact tile across their own floor on the showroom TV (render in pilot), then walks out with an itemised quote (live today). Why it sells: people buy what they can see at full scale in their own room, not what they imagine from a 2-inch sample. What you pay: free on your showroom rooms; one prepaid credit per render on a customer's own photo, when the render pilot reaches you.

The render in pilot

Full scale, real pattern, the room's own light.

Ontron doesn't paste a swatch over a photo. It lays the tile across the whole floor in correct perspective — the pattern repeating, the grout lines, the finish catching the room's real light — so what the customer sees is what gets installed. Drag the divider.

  • →On the customer's own photo, or free on your showroom rooms.
  • →Swap tiles live and present the favourites side by side.
  • →Every render is marked illustrative; exact quantities come from the floor plan.
The in-room render is in pilot — gated to pilot showrooms today. The plan, BOQ and quote are live.
The bill of quantities live

Computed from the plan, not typed at the counter.

From the measured room and the chosen tile, Ontron works out everything the job needs — tile boxes with wastage, skirting from the wall run, adhesive, grout and spacers, laying labour and GST — and lays it into a clean proposal in your branding. Your catalogue sets the prices; nothing is estimated by the AI.

  • →Boxes include your wastage %; skirting is derived from the room perimeter.
  • →Edit a quantity and the whole quote recalculates.
  • →Branded PDF on the TV in minutes, sent on WhatsApp.
Every assumed figure is flagged, not hidden — so you can defend the quote.

Questions tile retailers ask

Tiles on Ontron, answered.

Can it render on the customer's own room?
This is in pilot today, gated to pilot showrooms. Where it's on: take a photo of the customer's room on the TV and Ontron lays the tile onto it. You can also keep a set of your own showroom rooms and render on those for free.
How accurate are the quantities?
They come from the measured floor plan and your catalogue — tile area with your wastage %, skirting from the room perimeter, adhesive, grout and laying. Nothing is the AI's guess, and any figure Ontron has to assume is flagged on the quote.
Which tiles can I show?
Any tile in your catalogue — any size, finish, colour or tier. The render uses the real product image, so bold patterns and marble looks render as installed floor, not as a flat swatch.
How long does a render take?
It completes on the showroom TV while the customer waits, once the render pilot is enabled for your store. Comparing and swapping on the same photo doesn't cost extra.
Is the price the AI's guess?
No. Prices and quantities come from your catalogue and the measured plan. The AI only produces the picture; the numbers are yours.
